April is National Minority Health Awareness Month (NMHA)

It's April and Spring is in the air. At least it's supposed to be. As parents and grownups around are prepping for the Spring we should also join in. If you are anything like me you hate raking leaves or "Spring " cleaning.


April is National Minority Health Awareness Month and it's the prefect time to consider doing something healthy. Yes we are young and have the advantages now but if you eat pizza and ice cream all the time like me..... you can begin developing bad eating habits.


So if it's not too cold around you get in some extra steps around the block and do some walking and guess what you can take your phone with you. Don't forget to down load your favorite Spotify music playlist.


Let's start some good habits this April and become more aware of doing healthy activities.
