Dr. Isable is an internist who completed her medical training in her native New York City. She did a combination pre-med and medical school program at City College of New York in Harlem, NY. She completed medical school at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. She relocated to Maryland to complete a MPH at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health focused on health disparities and health quality. She has nearly 20 years of experience treating chronic conditions in Primary care. In addition to being a physician who works on quality of care, she opened a wellness practice using lifestyle medicine to reverse, delay or manage chronic illness. It developed from a passion to see adults with an improved health and quality of life, and less complications in the future.
